Refund Policy
Thank you for using our product and we hope you are satisfied with the purchase. Unfortunately, even with all the precaution measures in place, it may happen that some defective products find their way to our customers or that the orders get mixed up. If that happens please contact us at support@cuttlelab.com as you may be entitled to a replacement or a refund of your purchase price. If we delivered a product that you ordered and it works as specified, we can’t offer you refund or replacement (no change-of-mind refunds). This refund policy applies only to purchases made from the CuttleLab website.
Please refer to the product description on how to maintain it. Due to the nature of the product and materials some wear and tear of the product is normal and expected including scratches, discoloration, color deterioration, and similar. Due to the manufacturing process for specific materials such as glass, stainless steel, or other metals, the surfaces of these products may not be completely free of minor streaks or blemishes. Our products are intended for personal household use and not for commercial use.
All refund and replacement requests must be made within 12 months from the purchase. We can’t offer you a refund or replacement upon expiry of 12 months from the day of purchase.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The product was not delivered to the provided address
- A wrong product was delivered
- The product was delivered with manufacturing defects as defined bellow
You may not receive refund or replacement if:
- You ordered a wrong product, color, size, quantity, or provided wrong delivery information
- The product is delivered in accordance with the specifications of the placed order
- You are not satisfied with the materials or the color of the product
- The product gets damaged due to normal wear and tear
- The product gets damaged due to improper use and maintenance of the product
- The product is bought on the sale
All refunds and replacements are provided at our sole discretion. If you believe that you are eligible for a refund or replacement you will need to provide detailed photographic and other evidence such as proof of purchase so that we can assess whether or not you are eligible for a refund or replacement. We may require you in our sole discretion to send us the defective product at our expense. Please do not return the product unless requested so by us.
After our assessment of your refund or replacement request, we will notify you of our decision. If we find your request to be valid, we will at our sole discretion either refund your purchase price, send you a new product or replacement part free of charge. If the replacement product or part is also in our assessment eligible for refund or replacement, we will offer you a choice between full refund of your purchase price or replacement.
Manufacturing defects: refers to defect in a product that was not intended or to defect which occurs when a product departs from its intended design.
